Research

I study the hidden structures that shape how people interpret complex situations, before judgment becomes strategy, action, or commitment.

Institutions and ventures

Where the work lives.

Each one stands on its own. Start with the one that matches why you are here.

A question runs through the work
What are we not seeing because of the way the situation has already been framed?

My work examines the structures that quietly shape judgment: framing, assumptions, incentives, language, institutions, technology, and the environments in which choices are made. These themes run through my writing, my Ph.D. research, my advisory work for institutions and individuals, and projects like Save Your Thinking Day. I am a doctoral candidate in strategy and entrepreneurship at Rutgers Business School.

Currently thinking about

Decision environments

The conditions around a person, from incentives to language, that quietly shape a decision before it is made.

Artificial intelligence and interpretation

What changes when machines interpret first, and what remains ours.

Global mobility

What moving across borders does to identity, work, and belonging.

Speaking

Give the room another way to see.

Talks that open up an idea. Training that develops a capability. Workshops that put a live problem on the table. Available in person and virtually.
